New Patient Information

Ridgeview Medical Centre does not presently have any physicians accepting new patients.

For information on physicians currently accepting new patients in the Bow Valley, please visit the Bow Valley PCN website.

Appointments for unassigned (walk-in) patients

Same-day appointments for unassigned patients (previously referred to as walk-in patients) are available during Saturday walk-in clinic hours; and where availability permits, during regular weekday clinic hours.

Appointments for unassigned patients are booked same-day only and cannot be booked in advance.

New patients must attend the clinic to complete a New Patient Form and provide a copy of their Provincial health card, prior to being able to book. Photo ID may also be requested.

Email submissions of New Patient Forms will only be accepted in the event a patient has cold/flu type symptoms, or has been identified as a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case.  Please call to discuss further.

NOTE: Under no circumstances will narcotics be prescribed during walk-in appointments.

If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, please DO NOT attend the clinic in person.  Please call to see if we are able to arrange for a physician phone consult.  Please be aware that due to increased phone activity, our phone lines are quite busy.  If you cannot get through, please try calling back later.
